It is time to begin planning for your school to send a delegation to the 2024 NCASC State Convention.
Many school systems now require that school advisors submit a request to participate in an off-campus field trip months in advance --- and that the field trip has instructional value and aligns with North Carolina and school system curriculum standards.
In addition, travels arrangements must be made far in advance to ensure your school's participation.
Begin TODAY to get approvals and begin the process for determining who will attend.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE
The non-negotiable deadline was Friday - March 1, 2024.
We have been lenient, forgiving and extended the deadline for all of our Fall 2023 in-person events.
However, the state convention involves more advance planning and financial commitments.

2024 Individual Student/Adult Registration Form
This form must be completed by all students and advisors who plan to attend the convention.
2024 School Registration Form
This form is to be completed by the advisor AFTER all persons in the school delegation
have completed the Individual Registration Form
NCASC Medical Form for Students
A NCASC Medical Form is required for all student delegates. It is a fillable PDF. Hand completed forms will be returned.
Medical forms for the school delegation must be mailed in one packet by the adviser
to Elliott Mathis on or before Friday - March 1, 2024
2024 Guest / Host School Registration Form
This form is to be completed only by guests, program participants, and Sun Valley student and adult workers
