Established in 1926, NCASC is a statewide association of high school and middle level student councils serving student leaders in grades 6-12 and their adult advisers. Membership is by school and renews each year. Members enjoy opportunities for inter-school networking, leadership training, professional development for advisers, recognition, and service to their communities. More
