2025-2026 NCASC Election Information
IMPORTANT --- Read Carefully BEFORE Filing
-Serving on the NCASC Executive Board is a commitment and needs to be a
priority for the School, Adviser, and Student Representative.
-Be sure to review the Calendar within the Elections Packet. There is
REQUIREMENT of time, work, and travel to meetings --- often on the weekends,
during the summer, and can conflict with school co-curricular activities and
family events. NCASC service is focused on WE, not ME!
-This year campaign videos will be uploaded to YouTube and then submitted via
the Video & Social Media Adviser Form below. In order to maintain a fair
election, please do not make the video public or share on social media.

Below are the forms needed to file for State and District Offices for 2025-2026:
The forms below are past the due dates. There are some
vacant positions. Advisors should see their email for
information about the vacant positions.
State Officer School Filing Form - Submit by Friday, February 14
District Officer School Filing Form - Submit by Friday, February 14
Candidate School Questionnaire - Submit by Friday, February 21
Video & Social Media Advisor Approval Form - Submit by Friday, February 21
